**Who are we looking for?**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the landscape design process, from conceptualisation to project completion.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior design team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of design concepts into project plans.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee multiple landscape design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform the design process.
- **Innovative Design Solutions**:

- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design concepts that align with client objectives and environmental considerations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas into design proposals.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable design plans.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilise design software and tools proficiently to create detailed plans, renderings, and presentations.
- Demonstrate expertise in plant selection, hardscape design, and environmental considerations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong plant knowledge and the ability to create sustainable and biodiverse landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven project management abilities, including budget and timeline oversight.
