**Sales Director UK&I Collaboration**
**Who You'll Work With**
You'll lead Collaboration sales in the United Kingdom/Ireland theatre sales organization. You will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Product Sales Specialists across all verticals and customer segments.
**What You'll Do**
You will be expected to drive opportunities to grow the Collaboration market share across UKI and expand Collaboration opportunities that capture new consumption and buying programs, concentrated on a recurring sales model focused on Software as a Services offers.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop strategies and plans to drive bookings/revenue/margin growth, account penetration, technology adoption, customer satisfaction and business outcomes success for our UKI customers and Cisco.
Ensure that sales/bookings targets are consistently met or exceeded on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Generate and run accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Ensure strong interlock with the WW Collaboration Team as well as the BU/BEs, Cisco's Partner organization, external partners, Marketing, and other key collaborators to drive the UKI Collaboration vision and GTM success.
Develop and maintain direct relationships with key strategic customers.
Handle compensation, reward & recognition and career development.
Maintain and recruit a highly effective sales leadership team by providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, development, and feedback.
Develop and execute against people strategies focused on acquiring and developing a diverse workforce.
Build and maintain cross functional executive relationships within Cisco.
Ensure customer, partner and sales relationships are consistent and adhere to Cisco policies and cultural values.
**Who You Are**
Accomplished technology sales leader with an extensive track record of excellence with people leader experience.
A minimum of $25M in revenue responsibility.
Strategic and innovative with an external awareness to adapt to market transitions and understand the nuances of selling complex solutions.
Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing a sales organization.
Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade - using simple communications that convey sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way.
A strategic thinker and able to communicate effectively and influence cross-functionally.
Adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
Excellent command of financial metrics and subscription consumption models.
Mature in management style, instilling a co-operative team-oriented culture and values diversity of people and perspectives.
An engaging leader able to encourage and build excitement with their sales team as well as across the entire organization and in the marketplace.
Depth and breadth of applied judgment, agile decision maker, demonstrated operational excellence.
