We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Bathroom Fitter to join our team in Worcester on a subcontract basis. This role involves working on occupied properties within the social housing sector, ensuring high-quality installations and refurbishments of bathrooms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and refurbish bathrooms in occupied social housing properties.
- Perform a range of tasks including plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.
- Conduct plastering work where needed (advantageous, but not essential).
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and tenants, ensuring mínimal disruption and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Manage time efficiently and adhere to project schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bathroom fitting with strong skills in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.
- Basic plastering skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have own van and tools.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
