PowderMills Country House Hotel require housekeepers to join our friendly team. Experience is preferred. but not essential as full training can be given.

Working with a great housekeeping supervisor and head housekeeper who will enable you to deliver cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms/shower rooms and public areas of the hotel so that they are presented to the highest standards.

General duties are as follows:
1. Carry out the housekeeping duties allocated to you demonstrating great care and pride in your work.
2. Participate in our induction programme and receive on job training if required.
3. 'Self-check' your allocated bedrooms and bathrooms daily prior to guest occupation to ensure high cleaning standards are achieved.
4. Be a good team player by helping others if required, to ensure all rooms are ready for guests to check-in at 3pm.
5. Ensure any maintenance issues are reported to the in-house team to ensure they are rectified with mínimal delay.

In return we will pay you a competitive salary, provide you with a uniform and a great hot breakfast together with unlimited soft drinks for free during your shift. We will also pay you a share of service charge as 100% of all gratuities received go to the team.

Shifts cover a contracted 20hrs over 4/5 days per week including the busy weekend periods and a flexible working schedule is available if required for those with family commitments.
