**Mobile Barista - Really Awesome Coffee - Newcastle Upon Tyne**

Within your role, you will proudly serve Really Awesome Coffee to business’s and workplaces across the region.

Our franchise has been trading for over 3 years and has successfully negotiated the pandemic and emerged stronger than ever. This success has allowed us to engage in a rapid expansion programme, taking on a much larger territory and investing in an additional vehicle. This is the beginning of an exciting journey with further expansion planned in the years ahead.

About the Role:
You will be driving one of our artisan mobile coffee van’s, completing daily rounds to our lovely customers serving delicious gourmet drinks and pre packed food and snacks. In addition to this you will need to:

- be passionate about the products that we make and serve to our customers
- possess excellent multitasking and prioritising skills
- possess excellent time keeping skills - the round is busy and quick and its important we arrive to our customers on time to meet their planned lunch breaks and stop anyone becoming decaffeinated.
- proactively build and maintain relationships with all of our customers.
- promote our Really Awesome Coffee loyalty app to ensure our equally awesome customers enjoy all of the benefits.
- be passionate and proactive about maintaining and growing our business.
- maintain our 5 Star food hygiene rating.

About You:

- You are passionate about all things coffee and our other delicious beverages and treats.
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence for a Minimum of 3 years - Ideally with no points.
- You are keen to engage and connect with our customers in order to build loyal relationships.
- You are positive and proactive in all that you do.
- You are passionate about quality and delivering a great service every time
- You will have fantastic communication skills.
- And finally show initiative and determination in order to grow our business more.
- Barista Experience in a Coffee Shop environment

What We Offer:

- Permanent Contract with Really Awesome Coffee Newcastle (14 Hours per Week minimum)
- Fixed Days (Monday and Tuesday)
- Additional shifts available on an overtime basis.
- Market Leading Rates of Pay starting at £10.50 per hour
- Free hot drinks throughout the day, and generous discounts off pre-packed food and cold drink.
- Sociable hours which means you would be starting at 7:45am and finishing the day at 2.45pm
- On successful completion of probationary period - a generous Profit-Share Bonus Scheme OTE £1000 PA - Pro Rata
- Additional overtime hours available across some weekends.
- Christmas Closedown period - to be agreed each year
- Suitable for Retiree's
