Clark James Recruitment are working with one of the leading Mortgage business within Kent.

Due to expansion our client are looking to expand their team of Mortgage Advisers due to increased levels of business.

**Role**
- We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage professional to work out of a very busy office.
- The office has a proven track record of delivering quality leads.
- The role is full time.
- Full admin support will be provided.

**Skills required**
- CeMAP or equivalent (essential).
- Tenacious approach to leads.
- Excellent timekeeping/ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer focused.
- Team player.
- Good communicator.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Package**
- Attractive employed package, reakistic OTE £60,000 to £70,000.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canterbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
