**Key Responsibilities of the Math Instructor**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to explore mathematical concepts and express their ideas.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student comprehension and critical thinking skills.
- Assess student progress through various forms of evaluation, including quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation.
- Provide timely feedback to students and communicate their academic progress to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics program and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, instilling a passion for lifelong learning and academic excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or licensure for secondary education.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and pedagogical strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
