An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Matron position covering Diabetic services within our Integrated Medical Specialites team based at University Hospital of North Durham but covering services across the trust and in to the community. We are looking for an appropriately experienced, highly motivated and committed Band 8a Matron to work within the service.
The Diabetes service provide both inpatient and outpatient care across both acute and community settings. The nursing team provide an extensive specialist nursing network to patients with diabetes and diabetic related condtions.
