Independent Water Networks, who are part of BUUK are looking for an **Asset Surveyor** who would like to help us reach our mission of ‘to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service’.

**As the Asset Surveyor** **your key responsibilities are**
- Deliver on all wastewater network site inspections as part of the S104 process.
- Liaise with developer/contractor to ensure potable water assets are installed correctly.
- Review the design for wastewater assets and provide technical support on projects.
- Coordinate installations with incumbent, contractor and developer
- Ensure agreed program of works for asset inspections are delivered.
- Ensure the connection of wastewater networks align with the programme.

**About you**
- Experience within the water industry to include design, installation, commissioning and operation of wastewater distribution networks.
- Working knowledge of current legislation and technical standards
- Can demonstrate high level of health and safety.
- Confident in liaising with and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to your work
