We are a relatively new, rapidly growing small family business making metal products and assemblies, such as garden items, art, personalised gifts, signage, gates, railings and a large variety of general sheet metal and fabrication work. We specialise in one off/short run work, with fast turnarounds working on everything from simple brackets, to bespoke artistic pieces, larger fabrications and and longer runs of commercial sheet metal parts.

Due to continued growth we are looking to take on a press brake setter/operator to help with our manufacturing. The role is highly varied and will range from bulk production jobs for commercial clients, to one off bespoke orders and shorter run jobs, in all types and thicknesses of materials. We also work on more unusual items, sometimes requiring custom tooling development and more experimental setups to achieve our customers' goals.

We highly value a can do, positive and helpful mindset to fit well with our existing team. The role is very practical and may involve other duties as required. We are primarily looking for a flexible, reliable team player with a positive attitude, committed to a high standard of quality and pride in their work, able to work quickly and effectively on a range of tasks as required by the rest of the workshop team.

The role is based at our workshop in Andover and is a full time position, generally 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday with 30 minutes for lunch, however we do also offer flexible working hours. Salary from £14 per hour but highly dependent on experience, with company pension. The job is physically demanding and will involve lifting and moving objects on a daily basis.

We also offer flexible hours and overtime by arrangement, a staff and family/friends discount, and use of workshop facilities free of charge for personal projects outside of normal business hours amongst other benefits.
