Fire Stopper

We are currently looking to recruit experienced, dedicated and hardworking Fire Stopping Engineers to join their team based in and around the country mainly focusing on the Midlands and London area.

Qualifications such as the NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection or the FIRAS, or BM Trada qualification will also be beneficial to the role as well as previous experience providing quotes for fire stopping measures and products.

Requirement to potentially travel to other regions for works or inspection may be required.

Experience & Qualifications:
Will have hands on experience carrying out fire stopping works to various properties, including commercial, industrial and public sectors.

Ideally hold either NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection or FIRAS/BM Trada qualification.
Must have extensive experience inspecting and installing all passive fire products

Must have a good working knowledge of Fire Risk and Health & Safety procedures.
Knowledge and understanding of passive fire protection measures and policies.
Must have full deriving license
Must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

Installing fire stopping measures and systems such as passive fire protection and fire doors
Carrying out inspections of fire stopping measures
Addressing any issues which may arise effectively and appropriately.

**Salary**: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
