Our Client, a well-known and successful estate agency is looking for an experienced Branch Partner in Brixton.

**As a Branch Partner your role will involve**:

- Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
- Encourage your team’s development and progression
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

**To be considered for the Branch Partner role you must have**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience within Estate Agency at Senior level or higher
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service

**Working hours**:
As a Branch Partner, you’ll be required to work full-time hours.

**Our client is offering the successful Branch Partner**:

- Up to £27,000 Basic Salary
- £50,000-£60,000 OTE (uncapped)
- Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
- A company car or allowance
- Ongoing training and support
