We are on the hunt for an all-important **Senior Scheduler** to work within our head office in Willington, Derbyshire. Of course, with the current situation, we have ensured a safe working environment with social distancing and PPE in place.

But what do we _actually _do?

You could be working for a business that's utilising augmented reality to support patients in the community, providing nursing services that allow patients to live to their full potential and advising healthcare professionals to prescribe the best medication on the market.

So, let’s get into the details of what a **Senior Scheduler** at Bionical Solutions is like.

WHAT IS THE JOB?

You will manage a region in the UK and support our Schedulers to **organise **a daily schedule for our nurses and health care assistants. This is incredibly important to ensure our nurses and health care assistants are attending approximately 24,000 patient visits per month

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the team, getting involved in the hands-on scheduling, whilst also taking on additional responsibilities such as complaints management and raising clinical incidents on any errors. This is to ensure we can deliver the best service for our patients and our clients. You will also liaise with the NHS to accept new patients referrals based on resource in the area.

In addition, you will be **reviewing processes** to **increase efficiency** for our field-based staff. We are currently going through a large project to utilise the automation of our scheduling system, which will play a huge part in increasing the efficiency of the team and service overall.

**Flexibility **is also key. Our team works on a **rota** basis to cover the hours from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, working every other weekend.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a strong **leader** who commands the floor and takes charge with any issues that arise. You understand people and can support and nurture a team to continually develop, and you can demonstrate your strong **relationship management** skills both when working with your team and external partners.

Prior experience in a scheduling role is not required, however we will be looking for you to demonstrate working in a similar environment - **fast-paced** and high pressured. Preferably you have exposure or current experience within the **healthcare industry** and are **confident** speaking with healthcare professionals or **patients** over the phone, although we are open to any industry background so please get in touch if you are interested in healthcare.
