**Foundation 92 is the official charity of Salford City FC and The Class of '92. Working throughout the Greater Manchester community, Foundation 92 is proud to deliver a wide and diverse range of high quality, high impact, sustainable health improvement, education, physical education and inclusion provision, which enables members of the community to lead healthy, positive and progressive lifestyles.**

Given the recent growth of Foundation 92’s Community engagement department, Foundation 92 is looking to appoint dedicated, committed football and multi sport coaches who will both support and deliver Foundation 92’s Premier League Kicks sessions.

Foundation 92 deliver high impact, engaging premier league kicks sessions across Salford and are looking for additional coaches to be a part of the team. This includes both football and multisport sessions.

The working pattern for this potholder will be on a sessional basis, and working with the premier league kicks programme, all premier league kicks work is in the evenings from 4-8pm. All postholders will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS clearance prior to the commencement of employment. Foundation 92 are looking for an enthusiastic person who has had experience coaching and/ or working with young people.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high quality engaging football and multisport session for young people aged 8-16.
- Providing for the social, personal and emotional needs of young people by assisting in the running, organisation and delivery of Foundation 92 Youth and sport programmes.
- Establishing positive relationships with all young people supporting and enabling them to increase their confidence and realise their potential, fully integrating them into all sessions.
- Facilitating the active involvement of the young people in the planning and

development of the youth programmes.
- Facilitating the positive integration of young people with disabilities, behavioural

difficulties and/or additional needs within the programme. Being able to adapt sessions due to ability.
- Liaising with parents, carers, and other organisations and professionals as required.

**Person specification**:

- Having good communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
- Previous experience in sports coaching
- Ability to motivate and inspire young people
- Patience and understanding
- Organisation skills to plan and manage sessions effectively
- Coaching qualifications not required but desirable (UEFA, fa)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
