We specialise in Clinical Negligence, Insurance Litigation, Professional Negligence, Casualty, Property and Personal Injury claims. Our head office is based Warrington, Cheshire with excellent links to the M56 and M62 and close to both Warrington Bank Quay and Warrington Central train stations.

**Main purpose of role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Action all cases in line with company/client service standards and protocols.
- Proactive use of Proclaim case management systems to improve speed of settlement whilst ensuring compliance with the client’s requirements.
- Manage a caseload involving liability disputes, MOJ and non MOJ personal injury claims and allegations of fraud and fundamental dishonesty.
- Analyse risk and develop sound judgement to justify decisions in the management of cases.
- Prioritise work efficiently and effectively to ensure client service level agreements and deadlines are met.

**Experience**:

- Motor personal injury cases both pre-litigated and litigated with a value up to £25,000.00 including some MOJ Portal claims
- Some experience of handling EL/PL/OL claims desirable
- Experience of dealing with credit hire desirable but not essential

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 7.5 hours per day
