Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a. As nursery cook, you will be responsible for meal preparation, food safety, and ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen. If you have a passion for culinary arts and enjoy working in a nursery environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure efficient workflow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a nursery or culinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26.25 per week
