We’re now hiring a Property Administration Assistant to join us at Newton Property Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant and dynamic property management company based in Aberdeen. Our Property Administration Assistants will be based in our factoring department, supporting our Property Managers and their developments. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in administration and delivering exceptional customer service to allow us to continue our transparent and customer focused reputation.
**Key accountabilities of the role**:
- Acting as main point of contact for customer telephone queries
- Liaising with Property Managers to resolve these queries quickly and efficiently
- Managing a high volume of correspondence (verbal and written)
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and contractors
- Providing direct administrative support to Property Managers
- Instructing and monitoring maintenance tasks for contractors
- Processing property sales and ensuring records are accurate
**Skills, knowledge and experience**:
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to use own initiative
- Personal workload organisational and time management skills
- Ability to deal with difficult situations in an assertive and supportive manner
- Ability to work as part of a team with active and valuable contribution
- Previous experience in property management would be beneficial, but not essential
