**Location**: Swansea Office, UK

**Objective**:
To offer comprehensive support to the Programmes Team and project leaders throughout the organization in planning and coordinating various program and project activities. Enhance project planning and scheduling capabilities by providing training to colleagues on effective utilization of Smartsheet and MS Project.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Programme Planning

Utilize Smartsheet/MS Project to construct program plans encompassing multiple projects.
Maintain schedules and ensure project resources stay on course, regularly updating the Programme Manager/Head of Programmes.
Offer guidance and assistance to the Programmes Team and project leaders.
Consolidate project plans from MS Excel, transfer them to Smartsheet and MS Project, and identify and establish interdependencies.
Collect and analyze data to prepare program status reports.
Generate reports from Smartsheet/MS Project tailored to the requirements of diverse stakeholder groups.
Collect actual data, update project schedules, and develop reliable schedule forecasts with the support of the Programmes Team.
Proactively obtain information from the Programmes Team and other stakeholders to capture all timelines and key milestones.

Continuous Improvement

Propose and implement modifications to enhance effectiveness and achieve project milestones.
Evaluate existing procedures and suggest changes to enhance the efficiency of planning and scheduling projects.

Coaching

Provide coaching to colleagues on the effective utilization of Smartsheet/MS Project.

Other

Assist in any broader industry engagement activities as part of a program, if necessary.
Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the Head of Programmes/Programme Manager in support of the organization and emerging objectives and policies.
