Administrative Officer Project Support 12 months Fixed Term

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable, flexible and self-motivated individual to join the business admin team within Theatres and Anaesthesia.

This new role will support the senior management team and quality improvement team to deliver a number of wide-ranging projects including service improvement and waste reduction.

The successful applicant will provide essential administrative support to the team, including data input and management, creating report packs and presentations, diary management and taking minutes.

Previous experience of using Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. The role requires liaison with a wide range of people across LTHT and beyond and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Applicants must be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to use their initiative to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
