We are currently seeking a stock replenishment supervisor to join our well-established, family-run business based in Hereford. You will report to the warehouse manager but as a stock replenishment supervisor you will have the overall responsibility for a large bulk storage warehouse alongside working with 3rd party storage partners to ensure products are received and distributed in a safe and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling, safe unloading and efficient storage of incoming stock (including the most efficient use of two separate warehouses and related stock movement between)
- Picking and dispatching of pallet quantity orders as well as small parcel orders
- Manage all updating of stock in/returns systems including 3rd party storage facilities
- Responsibility for accurate stock control, investigation of stock-takes discrepancies and management of a regular rolling stock take regime
- Promote and adhere to the company values to ensure full commitment to the company and customers
- Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehousing operation contributes to these
- Management of Health and Safety adherence and general maintenance at our secondary warehouse
- Contribution to Operations team meetings to implement continuous Lean process improvements

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a current counterbalance forklift licence (Essential)
- Hold a current pivot-steer forklift licence (Desirable)
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Good English communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Exceptional timekeeping
- Strong work ethic
- Calm head and solid problem solver
