**Junior Project Buyer (Staci Create)**

**Reports to**:Senior Project Manager

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

**Location**: Staci UK, Walker Park, Blackamoor Road, Blackburn, BB12 2LG

**Salary**: £21,500 per annum

Staci Create works with brands across a wide range of sectors, including Cosmetics, eCommerce, Hospitality, Drinks, Charity and FMCG, alongside hundreds of local and international suppliers to make almost any branded project possible. We also keep you, your brand and your business protected thanks to legislation management, testing and tight project management expertise.

**JOB PURPOSE**

Sourcing marketing promotion materials from a UK supply base, providing administrative support to the procurement process of receiving a brief to delivery of a purchase order and assisting in the identification and contacting of new business opportunities.

**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Offering support to a busy procurement department whilst ensuring accuracy is adhered to
- Manage and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and time is used efficiently.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review, log and accept new jobs on the Proxis System.
- Provide support to the Staci Create Team in processing jobs through the system
- Management of and sourcing product from a UK supply base in line with the Procurement Strategy
- Provide estimates and raise purchase orders for re-orders
- Produce reports on a daily and weekly basis
- Expediting of all purchase orders and updating relevant systems
- Managing non conformance deliveries
- Supporting the invoicing process
- Monitor delivery performance of all suppliers, presenting analysis to the relevant Procurement Service Manager
- Sample management
- QC management on multiple sites
- Responding to queries from suppliers, Staci Create Account Director and Project Managers
- General administration
- Interfacing with Staci finance, operations and customer service departments to ensure effective delivery of client requirements
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.

**CRITICAL SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills
- Process driven to constantly improve ways of working
- Strong organisation, customer service and planning skills
- Windows proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High energy levels and a results driven approach

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Good educational background or strong administration experience
- Procurement department knowledge preferred but not essential
