**Job description**:
**IT Trainer**

IT Trainer required by a well-established organisation based in Horsham. The IT Trainer will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps for technologies within the business and developing a range of curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.

The successful IT Trainer will work in a small team and deliver a variety of training methods catering to different learning styles including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.
This is a hybrid role involving 50% split between home and office.

**Essential experience**:

- Experience running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
- Delivering both online and offline training
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links a business together
- MS Office 365 and MS Teams

This is a great opportunity to join a growing well-known organisation with a large modern office based in Horsham as well as offices elsewhere. This person will be expected to visit their other offices based in London and Kent.
