Maintenance and Gardener

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on estate properties, including minor repairs, and general upkeep.
- Carry out basic gardening duties such as planting, pruning, weeding, lawn care, and general garden maintenance.
- Ensure all outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain and operate gardening tools and equipment effectively and safely.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required.
- Respond to any urgent maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in property maintenance and gardening is a must.
- Strong practical skills in maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Basic horticultural knowledge and gardening skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
- Strong-willed, reliable, and capable of working independently.
- Honest and trustworthy with a sensible approach to tasks.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
