Studio Co-ordinator

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our small friendly team.

**Studio Co-ordinator**

As Studio Co-ordinator, your role will be to support the smooth running of Beauvamp through co-ordinating the office function and providing excellent customer service.

Location - Wirksworth, Derbyshire

Part Time - 24-30 hours at £11 per hour.

Studio based with potential to increase hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To manage stock levels, order materials as required and to invoice customers.
- To process new orders.
- To maintain the customer database.
- To pack goods, book courier collections and arrange deliveries.
- To help compile a monthly press release and liaise with the local and national press.
- To update the company website and help create posts for social media.
- To carry out other duties commensurate with the post.

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent ICT skills, with experience of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and social media programmes such as Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp and Pinterest.
- Skills in Photoshop / Lightroom / Mailchimp / Canva / desirable but not essential.
- Well-developed customer service skills, with experience of working in customer facing roles.
- Experience of using financial invoicing systems such as Kashflow, although training will be provided.
- Ability to work well within a small team or remotley.
- High level of organisational ability.
- Experience of working on own initiative, and good problem solving skills.
- An interest in the interiors and design sector.
