We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Sunday Showroom Host** to join the team at our Van Centre in **Southampton** **.** You will join us on a **part-time, permanent basis **and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits**.

**Hours**: Sunday 10am to 4pm - other days may be required, must be flexible

**Responsibilities as our** **Sunday Showroom Host** **will include**:

- Maintaining a presence at the reception desk at all times
- Answering all calls swiftly and courteously and directing them to appropriate departments
- Reception area and showroom to be maintained throughout the day
- Managing the customer experience whilst they are visiting the business, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Liaising closely with sales and aftersales departments, ensuring customers are being attended to promptly

**What we’re looking for in our Sunday Showroom Host**:

- Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Computer skills essential
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and customers by exceeding expectations
- Flexibility to cover holidays/absence is essential
