Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's development, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Duties**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged [Toddlers age upto 5 years]
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes positive relationships and encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing individualized support strategies
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations, assessments, and developmental milestones
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care by following established policies and procedures
- Foster a love of learning through play-based experiences that stimulate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support children with additional needs or diverse backgrounds

**Skills**:

- Minimum [Level 2] in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices, and curriculum frameworks
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment
- Excellent organizational skills to plan activities, maintain records, and manage time effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Current first aid prefered
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to early childhood education
