Print Finisher Assistant

We currently have vacancies for Print Finishing Assistant's/Trainees to work a double day shift pattern (6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm).

Due to investments in the latest finishing equipment and increased capacity, we are looking to recruit finishing assistants/trainees to work alongside operators on Heidelberg Folders, Stitchers, Guillotines and other ancillary finishing equipment.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting on Finishing Equipment and checking finished goods in line with quality control procedures
- Follow work instructions and finish every job within the correct timescales to a high standard
- To liaise with supervisors to ensure work is completed as required
- Ensure finished jobs are packed/labelled securely and ready for despatch

Previous print finishing experience would be preferred but not essential.

**Required Skills**:

- Self-motivated with a desire to progress
- Able to work as part of a team or use own initiative
- Flexible with overtime

COVID-19 considerations:
All government and Industry guidelines are being followed. Sanitising of the premises and equipment has been increased in addition to adjustments to shift patterns in order to maintain social distancing.
