**Export/Shipping Administrator**

**8.30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 5pm Friday with a 45min lunch**

**The Role**

Based near chainbar, Cleckheaton, this is a permanent role, where you will work in a small team, and assist in ensuring that all goods leaving the company for overseas sales are dealt with efficiently, in line with the company's legal requirements and customers receive a prompt and efficient service.

**Key Tasks**
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Clear communicator
- Book and organise transport
- Prepare documentation
- Liaise with different departments and customers
- Maintain accurate records
- Attend occasional courses and be willing to learn and adapt

**Experience/Requirements**

You will have a proven and steady background in administration, due to legal export requirements, you must also be able to prove continuous employment and UK residency for the past 5 years.

This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 4pm on a Friday.

In return you can expect a salary of up to £24k
