Within this role, you will be going from home to home providing personal care, building relationships, and making a difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
We will provide you with full training and help you with your Care Certificate.
Shifts 7am-11am / 5pm-9pm. Weekday and Weekend availability.
**You will be joining a supportive team who are focused on providing the highest level of person-centred care. When joining Home Instead you can expect;**
- No visits shorter than 1 hour We understand that short visits don't work for either you or the person you care for, which is why we have a 1 hour minimum per booking.
- Competitive rates of **£11.70 - £14.30** per hour.
- Paid intro/shadows.
- Paid mileage 40p per mile
- We will help you gain your **Care Certificate **and provide** **ongoing support with excellent career progression.
- ** Discounts** on big brands.
- Support with your wellbeing.
**The role of a care worker includes**:
- Providing support and care for our clients within their own homes.
- Supporting and assisting with personal care.
- Preparing meals and associated domestic tasks.
- Supporting your clients with their hobbies and social interests.
**Qualifications**:
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have access to your own vehicle and class 1 business insurance.
Experience is not essential as we provide full training and ongoing support.
