Based in Newry, Co. Down and shipping to customers all across the World. Due to continued growth and entering our busiest time of year, we are recruiting for temporary **Warehouse Operators** to join our warehouse team in **Newry from September - January**.

As a Kukoon Rugs **Warehouse Operative** you will get to join a culture that cares about your personal and professional development, and works tirelessly to remove any frustrations you may have. The role requires someone with a genuine interest in being part of a successful company, and who isn’t afraid of some hard graft.

**So what will you be doing at Kukoon?**

The role is broken up into 2 main parts - Goods In and Goods Out.

**Goods In**:

- Helping take rugs out of the back of the containers, usually ~4000 rugs at a time.
- Putting those rugs away in the correct place and stock-taking them.
- Using a handheld PDA to ensure the inventory is accurate.

**Goods Out**:

- Picking rugs from across our warehouses - you’ll rack up a step count here.
- Wrapping/rolling pre-cut mats or kids rugs.
- Packing the end product to be shipped to the customer.

**We’d love to meet someone with..**
- Previous experience in a fast paced, physically demanding role.
- Experience emptying containers and sorting stock would be advantageous.
- Experience of stock control and stock management systems is beneficial.
- Team player and willing to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.
- Forklift experience would be advantageous.
- Basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude who demonstrates pride in their work and has the energy to match.
