Fitness Coach

Fitness Coach / Trainer £29,380 to £31,187 p.a. pro rata

Horsham area Part time hours - 16 month contract

**_Are you working as a fitness manager / duty manager in the Active Leisure / Fitness sector (or are you already a qualified teacher or coach?) but want a change in career direction? If so, then this could be the opportunity you are looking for._**

**The Role**

As a Fitness Coach / Trainer you will be responsible for working with apprentices to help deliver their qualifications within the work place whilst providing exceptional support and guidance to both learners and employers, training the next generation offitness professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

- supporting / motivating learners to ensure progression for their qualification
- providing a mix of group tutoring and individual support via performance assessments / mentoring
- deliver balanced KPIs in line with Company expectations

**_Salary shown is for full time hours and will be pro-rated to reflect the hours actually worked. This is a fixed term contract for 16 months._**

**The Person**

You may already be a qualified Coach / Trainer or you could just have great experience within the Active Leisure sector. All you need is a passion for what you do, the desire to share your knowledge and skills with others and solid occupational experiencein the Fitness and Active Leisure sector.

If you have:

- Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction / Level 3 Personal Training / Level 3 Nutrition
- experience as a personal trainer / Gym Manager / Fitness Manager / teacher
- good communication skills
