**Title**: Recall and Admin Clerk

**Responsible to**: Practice Manager

**Location**: Weavers Medical

**Hours per day**: 5.5 hours per day - 27.5 hours per week

**Main Purpose**:

- To assist with generating recall communication making appointments for various clinical areas
- To maintain patient electronic records for administrative reasons, the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and for medical care. The records must be accurate and contemporaneous.
- To assist with various other admin tasks.

**Key Tasks**:
**Recalls**

b) Administers call and recall system for NHS health checks.

c) Generates all recalls and follow up reminders for annual flu programme.

d) Runs Ad-hoc recall searches and generates letters as required from time to time, as advised by the assistant manager.

**Other Admin Tasks**

a) Daily checks all incoming Out of Hours tasks for any patient who may need following up. Communicates with GPs or Nurses via task for any follow up required.

b) Deals with all tasks assigned to the Recall group including all pathology result and incoming letter follow ups.

c) Runs regular searches to pick up any patients who have not attended for follow up appointments from letter or pathology actions. Takes necessary action as advised by the GP.

d) Adds Mammogram results to patient records as and when received.

e) Deals with immediately necessary/temporary resident forms - sending the relevant forms to PCSE.

f) Any other QOF work as required from time to time from the management team or QOF lead GP.

g) Any other admin duties as considered relevant to the post

h) Scanning incoming letters as required - this task is shared amongst the Support Services team.

**Communication**:

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
