We are hiring immediately for a Fuel Planner to join the team on a contract basis (until October 2023) - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you’ll do:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is achieved, always.
- Zero fuel outages, ensuring equipment on Aggreko Fuel Management contracts do not run out of fuel.
- Responding and actioning fuel alarms efficiently
- Achieving fuel recovery in line with budget requirements
- Compliance to Aggreko processes and policies
- Support business with fuel issues
- Ensuring fuel calculation reference data is accurately maintained
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Fuel activities
- Daily management of Fuel suppliers for on time delivery.
- Daily management of Fuel Alarms from the Aggreko Telemetry system
- Proactive and reactive planning of fuel deliveries
- Understanding and analysis of fuel data
- Identifying connectivity issues and liaising with Customer Service representatives to raise work orders for service engineers
- Providing daily hand over information to Out of Hours teams
- Working with the Procurement Team to maintain and communicate monthly KPI data

- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability in making decisions based upon sound analysis of data.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities, and to lead change within a team.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
