Our clients HR Team is expanding, and they are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will support with the delivery of efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable HR services to Head Office
In this role, you will collaborate with corporate and retail leadership teams to drive our HR strategy forward from a people perspective, helping the business to create a positive people culture and to make impactful change to benefit our colleagues.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships is essential in this role, you will utilise HR data, reports and evidence to influence decision making and to identify key areas for improvement. You will also provide well-informed and accurate HR advice and guidance with employee relations, HR processes, policies and procedures.
**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
- Supporting managers providing advice and support on employee relation issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances
- Supporting with the formal nature of all disciplinary matters, ensuring employment law and company policy are followed
- Supporting the long-term business objectives through strategic support
- Undertaking HR projects in line with the HR Strategy
- Creating and presenting HR data to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with employment law
- Ad-hoc HR/projects and other duties from time to time
- Producing audits and reports in a timely manner and taking appropriate action
- Facilitating review and appraisal processes
- Working to improve the efficiency of the HR Function
- Updating policies and procedures with the HR Business Partners/ Head of HR
- CIPD Level 3+ with ambition to progress to CIPD level 5+
- Minimum 2+ years HR experience in a generalist role
- Experience of operating in a multi-site business

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
