To ensure the well being of Residents within the Home by adhering to the values and philosophy of Ross Lodge.

To provide the highest standard of person centred care that meets the holistic needs of each Resident.

To practice in a way that meets legislative requirements and the code of practice laid out by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.

**Responsibilites**

Ensuring high standard of care, assisting with personal care, maintaining records in accordance with policy and procedures, medication administration, and all other duties.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Essential Skills**
- 1 years experience in a similiar role within a care setting
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills

**Desirable Skills**
- NVQ Level 2 Award in Adult Health + Social Care

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballymoney, BT53 8EG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CARE: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Shift availability:

- Night shift (required)
