Client Success Executive - £25-35k plus OTE £10k
We are looking for an experienced sales executive with the desire and ambition to become a star and progress within our fast-growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with our visionary Managing Director. We are based in Hertfordshire;in recent years we have used a hybrid working model as a complementary element to our business and welcome applicants looking for remote working as part of their Terms and Conditions.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Follow inbound enquiries through the Sales process
- Research prospects, make initial calls, and generate new business, working alongside our Communication Manager, targeting B2B clients.
- Book and attend meetings to qualify new work.
- Generate proposals using QWILR, based on Sales Enabla and Sales Matrix training
- Deliver the Client Success Media Programme to celebrate the success of our clients
- Develop relationship with certification bodies by attending face to face and virtual meetings
About you:

- Energetic with a positive attitude - you want to see others succeed
- Have 2 years' experience in a sales role (Essential)
- Marketing & Business Development skills (Desirable)
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and numeracy skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems
- Confident speaking to decision makers
- Good at developing and maintaining relationships - a real team player
- Excellent time management skills, able to meet expectations with tight timescales
- Interest in quality and environmental management (advantageous)
- An entrepreneur, with a desire to develop professionally
