£23,000 - £30,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our established Business Support division in Leeds. You will have the opportunity to build and develop your business from day one which will allow you to progress quickly up to the Management level and earn a bonus from day one

You will be working with a bunch of experienced recruiters within the market with established clients and roles to work on from day one. The roles you will be covering will be anything from Administrators, Receptionist, PA'S & EA's just to name a few.

From your first day, you will have a clear progression structure set out by management and will be enrolled on our consultant development programmes to help support your development. You will also be able to earn a bonus from day one by benefitting from our £0 threshold and uncapped commission structures to increase your earning potential.

The role;
- Contacting new and existing clients to generate new business opportunities
- Attending client meetings
- Managing the interview and offer process on behalf of your clients

Key Skills:

- Experience working within a fast-paced sales environment
- Strategic approach, the ability to map out the market and identify new business
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to build a portfolio of clients, and undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling.
- You must be ambitious, energetic and hard-working to be able to succeed.
