TUI UK is looking for a Senior Product Copywriter, responsible for producing digital-first, engaging and informative content that gives our customers the best possible insight into our holidays and destinations.

We’re after a Senior Product Copywriter to join our dynamic, highly creative and digital-first team, specifically writing TUI UK’s customer-facing product copy. The role includes writing inspiring and accurate copy that represents our hotels, destinations, organised tours, TUI experiences, products and brands - to name a few. You’ll play a key part in the production, style and structure of TUI UK’s customer-facing, product-related editorial content, and demonstrate expertise and confidence in imparting editorial knowledge to other members of the content team, as well as stakeholders across the wider business.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Product Copywriter, you’ll be adept at recognising the USPs for individual products and product ranges, in order to bring them to life through engaging copy.
Able to quickly turn around high-quality product copy that speaks to the target audience, is digital-first and dovetails with TUI UK’s SEO requirements, while still maintaining an engaging, narrative flow.
You’ll take editorial ownership of complex products. We’re looking for a comfortable and diplomatic negotiator, who is able to present new ideas in a cohesive fashion and build strong relationships with stakeholders from a variety of areas around the business.
We'll look to you to champion both the TUI and First Choice tones of voice, with the ability to shift seamlessly between the two on a day-to-day basis.
You’ll assist the Product Copy Editor in ensuring all copy adheres to our house tone and style, as well as contributing towards and delivering tone of voice training sessions.
You’ll be used to short deadlines, rapidly shifting commercial requirements, and have strong business acumen.
You will help steer brainstorms/ideas sessions towards sound editorial solutions, and assist the Product Copy Editor in implementing new and efficient editorial processes.
You’ll also be ready to step in to support when the Product Copy Editor is not around, and will also be expected to mentor less experienced writers within the team and support the wider Content department by delivering editorial training.

A confident writer who is able to co-ordinate and manage new editorial requirements from around the business, often with short deadlines and rapidly shifting commercial requirements.
A grammar guru, with high attention to detail and excellent research skills.

The ability to demonstrate a consistent and seamless tone of voice that supports and maintains the customer journey across all touch points.
A brand champion who believes wholeheartedly in the importance of brand and products in relation to the overall customer journey.

An organised and conscientious self-starter.
Creativity and passion for all things travel.
Good working knowledge of SEO.
Previous editing experience is desirable.
