We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor to join the Commercial Property department of an established Private Practice Law firm in Surrey.

**What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?**
- Managing varied Commercial Property matters.
- Dealing with Commercial Property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, sales and purchases of commercial property, and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
- Managing and developing existing client relationships.

**Requirements Skills and Qualifications**
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property.
- Good technical competence within Commercial Property.
