**The Role**

We are working with a reputable brand based in North Chailey who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This position will form a crucial link between the warehouse, operations, and customer service teams. As the Warehouse Supervisor youwill be responsible for ensuring that the Warehouse and storage areas are organised in a safe and efficient way, with emphasis on monitoring correct storage, handling and movement of stock. Duties will include:

- Oversee the picking and packing of all outgoing orders, checking for accuracy and recording batch information.
- Liaising with other departments regarding products which are out of stock.
- Receive incoming deliveries including materials, packaging, stock items and returns from customers ensuring the team deals with all cases effectively.
- Delegate tasks, report on errors and issues, and monitor staff performance levels in an ongoing basis with emphasis on process improvements.
