Packaging Project Manager, Personal Health Care

Our client is a multinational consumer goods corporation; specializing in a wide range of personal care and hygiene products; organized into several segments including Beauty; Grooming; Health Care; Fabric & Home Care; and Baby and Feminine care.

The role is based in Reading on a temporary basis for 1 year.

**Hybrid 2-3 days in the office per week.**

Your responsibilities will be to work with our European external manufacturing partners to lead a packaging specifications wellness project across Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Food Supplement brands within the PHC (Personal Health Care) portfolio.

Specifically this role will:

- Create an inventory of printed pack Technical Drawings at external manufacturers.
- Assess technical drawings versus the Global Artwork Technical Drawing Protocol Fit For Use requirements.
- Work with the external manufacturer to produce drawings to required standard and load into the internal specification system.
- Confirm information related to other packaging specifications and agreements as needed

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- Strong technical skills with some background/ experience in packaging (especially printed pack materials such as labels, cartons, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and willing to learn internal specification systems.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Methodical approach and ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of any CAD software would be ideal.
