UX Designer

**UX / UI Designer | Essex/Remote | £60k + benefits**

Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading E-commerce company based in Essex. They have grown their talented development and product team through continued success and have huge greenfield projects at R+D stage. It’s an exciting time to join and reallytake the lead on User Experience across the group of companies. With your Figma (or similar) skills and your passion for good UX, you will work with product managers and Developers to develop a long-term strategic plan for User Experience.

The role will suit a creative UX/UI Designer who will enjoy creating user-centered designs by understanding qualitative and quantitative data. You will lead the UX of the whole company and have a huge input into the direction of the changes.

**What will the role involve?**
- Hugely influence the UX strategy for a group of E-commerce websites and web apps
- Collaborate with excellent product managers and developers to create intuitive and elegant software designs for the businesses
- You'll be responsible for developing UX strategies that will align with the commercial goals of each of the businesses and their Group Digital Strategy

**Responsibilities;**
- Work across all stages of the design process from discovery and research to design, test,ing and measuring the impact of a solution
- Take a user-centered design approach, working with multiple teams to understand the businesses requirements
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for products, working in an agile environment

**Ideal Requirements;**
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc
- Experience in research and usability testing
- Experience working in an agile development environment
