Sub Agent

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning contractor and be part of a high-profile environmental scheme in Dorset. Abatec is assisting one of the UK’s most prominent construction companies with the recruitment of a Civil Engineering Sub Agent. You will be part of a delivery team creating a vitally important and new 150-hectare wetland nature reserve on the South Coast.

**As Sub Agent you will**:

- Be part of the delivery team, assisting with the construction strategy, producing RAMS, Quality Plans, Programmes etc.
- Liaise with the site team and senior management, allocating labour, plant and materials to ensure works are carried out to the required standards, budget and timescale.
- Ensure all quality documentation is completed to company standards and that the site team has all the information and resources they require to carry out their duties.
- Manage the Site Engineers and Section Engineers, identifying and resolving any technical queries.

**Our client requires a Sub Agent with**:

- HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a similar position for a Civils contractor.
- Site Engineering background.
- SMSTS, Gold Supervisor CSCS card.
