Product Owner

Product Owner - 50K + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday - Onsite Gym - Hybrid (Once a week in office)
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product Owner to join an established, technical organisation with offices in Ilkley (20 minute train from central Leeds). They have featured in both the The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and Financial Times fastgrowing companies.
This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced Product Owner who has worked on Application and Software Development (SDLC) projects within an Agile environment.
With the support of the Product Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure product requirements and customer satisfaction goals are met, refine requirements and prioritise development needs.
Product Owner Key skills:

- Experience of the SDLC in a similar role
- Experience of Agile methodologies and creating user flows and data mapping
- An eye for simplifying complex tasks into high value deliverables
- Able to demonstrate awareness for a multi-year vision of the product roadmap
- Ability to collaborate with employees from all departments and at all levels within SmartSearch
- Identify and prioritise features in line with the product roadmap
- Strong empathy and understanding of the importance of user experience and how customer needs can be met in new product designs
- Demonstrate awareness of long-term business goals (3-5 year plan) in relation to the product roadmap
- Own your product backlogs, keeping them well-organised
You will be a motivated Product Owner with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position. The successful Product Owner should have strong relationship building, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of ateam.
