**About the Role:Youth Worker - Redbridge**

Mainstream Secondary School in Redbridge is looking for a Youth Worker to join their team. Your role as a Youth worker is to help educate your students and bring positivity. You will be dealing with challenging behaviour daily. You will also be entitled to monitoring a student’s academic studies, attendance, and behaviour. Providing data to support these factors As a Youth Worker you will be helping students both in and out of the classroom and at times handling challenging behaviour.
