The Circle Group are a professional, independent, chartered insurance broker serving clients in many sectors, with over 135 employees in 10 locations across the UK.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our very busy Accounts Team, servicing our Financial Services, Commercial Insurance Broking and Underwriting teams.
You will work onsite in our Coventry office, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Typical Accounts Assistant duties will include:
- Allocating of Client and Agent Receipts
- Daily Bank Reconciliations on multiple bank accounts
- Calculating commission transfers
- Client Money Calculations
- Add Hoc Reporting
- Insurers Payments
- Basic Credit Control
- Monitoring relevant clients bank account
- Balances cashflows
- Processing Bordereaux
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Financial experience in an insurance broking environment
- Client Money (Cass 5) knowledge
- Acturis or Broker Partners experience is preferred
