EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED CARE ASSISTANTS TO START IMMEDIATELY EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY We are looking for experienced residential Support Workers to work for our client in Yoxall, within their lovely care home supporting their regular care staff in providing a high standard of care.

**Job Details**:

- The home houses up to 11 residents with a dedicated team of Cares that are experts in the field of Learning Difficulties Mental Health and Physical Disabilities.
- You will be looking after residents in a self-contained unit within a complex.
- As an experienced Support Worker you will be expected to follow each individual’s care plans, reporting any problems accordingly. You must have experience of dealing with residents with the Elderly and a desire to want to assist them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life.
- You will be working alongside the established team of carers that are professional and skilled and provide care for older people that is dignified while encouraging residents to live active and independent lives.
- All our Support Workers must have sound qualifications in Health and Social Care and all mandatory training must be up to date, especially Moving and Handling with Hoist Training.
- Pick the shift pattern you would like to work 08:00-15:00 or 15:00-22:00, 22:00-0800
- Rate of pay is £10.50 -£12.00 per hour dependent on the shift
- You must be able to drive due to the location of this home.
- You must have experience in a similar environment with time served checkable work history.
- You must also have up to date Mandatory training documents in Safeguarding, Infection control, Moving & Handling and Hoist Training as a bare minimum or be prepared to do further training. It is a requirement for you to have an up to date DBS/ CRB check for adult services, preferably on the update or the facilities to be able to pay for one up front.
