**About us**

This is a part time position for a cook and fryer. Hours can be flexible and tailored around your requirements. This is a seasonal role, where more hours will be available during the summer and busier periods, with less hours during the winter.

Caffi M is a cafe, restaurant, and takeaway chip shop in Betws-y-coed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Frying takeaway food such as fish and chips.
- Cooking in the restaurant area.
- Taking responsibility for cleaning.
- Stock management.
- Managing a large volume of orders.
- Cleaning at the end of the shift.
