Cocktail Bartender

**Job description**

Job duties include setting up cocktail bar, preparing syrups, juices, garnishes, mixing drinks, serving drinks, clearing tables, stocking drink fridges, giving drinks advice to customers, washing/drying/polishing glassware, helping to develop the drinks menu and cleaning the bar area..

**Responsibilities**
- Preparing the cocktail bar for service.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Preparing syrups, juices and garnishes.
- Mixing and serving drinks.
- Cleaning the bar after service.
- Making coffees.
- Serving tables drinks and taking orders.

**Skills and Qualifications**

Essential Skills
- 2-3 years Bartending experience
- Knowledge of Cocktails

Desirable Skills
- Wine training
- Experience in making fresh syrups and juices
- Supervisory experience
- Barista experience

**Further Information**

Work time: Wednesday, Thursdays, Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Hours will mainly be in the evening but may also include weekdays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
