As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring our office runs smoothly.
You will be the backbone of our team, assisting with a wide range of tasks that keep our business moving forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organise office documents and files.
- Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer records in our database.
- Support the finance department with invoice processing and debt chasing.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Take payments over the phone
- Assist walk-in customers via our Trade Counter
- Respond to eBay messages and enquiries.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management or online retail is a plus.
